      Some management representatives really do care about you so much and make it feel like a family

      Cons

      Lack of communication lack of caring from other members of management. If you’re not Mormon and willing to leave your family all the time your not worth it to them.

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
