      Pros

      Management is very transparent about the state of the company. The company has an ESOP and is employee owned. To my knowledge there has never been a layoff.

      Cons

      There are one or two departments that I would not want to work for and it can be challenging to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
