Your guaranteed to be treated like poo

Sexual harassment repeatedly in multiple stores, questionable behaviors from gms (stealing, lying, harassing, belittling, bad language, forced to work off clock, heavy drinking and drug usage in the store.) One of my managers ex wife literally slandered my name because my diet general manager persued me via face book. My first training day my manger talked more about my chest then the fry station. I was also harassed and belittled by another gm. There is always favoritism with scheduling and I was forced to work every Saturday and Sunday. When my son arrived 3 weeks early I was told to go back in 3.5 weeks into maturnity leave or I would lose my job. While being belittled cursed at and humiliated my ptsd was triggered constantly. The last manager I worked for would come in high on suboxone everyday. She also told me I couldn’t take any meds at work even Psyc Meds. I confided in her about a relapse and let her know about my medical card. I still don’t know

Pros

The people you work with in the store. The job can be fun, you learn a lot of valuable management skills.

Cons

The company is very profit driven and will cut as many expenses as possible. This ultimately leads to less staff to actually run the shifts which then leads to employees being overworked and unsupported.
