Toxic work culture, delayed salaries that too in parts, never got any payslips, informal structure, no mentorship, founder has a huge ego.

- Learning curve is good if you are in right product - An opportunity to work with core engineering with machines

- Immature culture beats everything - Unrealistic expectation without communication - Poor financing - delayed salary, no pay-slips, etc. No communication if delayed.
