Pros
1. The interview pitch was compelling — CEO is charismatic and knows how to sell a vision
2. Full ownership of your tasks (good if you're highly self-driven)
3. Exposure to startup chaos — if nothing else, it’s a crash course in what not to do
4. You’ll become very resourceful — mostly because you have no other option
Cons
If you're a student hoping to learn and grow — this isn't the place. The CEO is a great salesman and paints an inspiring picture during interviews. But the reality is a toxic work culture, zero mentorship, no structure, and broken promises.
1. Clear favoritism toward female interns — unprofessional behavior including late-night outings
2. No guidance or training; you're told to "Google it" or "Ask ChatGPT"
3. Shared tools — 1 paid Notion, 1 Google Drive, 1 ChatGPT+ for the entire company
4. Free lunch? Never happened.
5. Stipend delays with endless excuses
6. HR is unhelpful, managers are invisible, and you're criticised without support
7. Silent pressure to stay late, even past official hours
8. Tech team gets all the love, others are sidelined
