- Very unstable place, people can be fired basically without a reason or prior feedback. It feels like a bit of a dictatorship - if you challenge senior managers, you should be ready that they will remove you. - Leadership does not really know what they want. Last year they made some shockingly bad decisions which created serious damage to the business, and because of this many strong and talented people left. • There is also very uneven pressure on teams. User Acquisition is working extremely hard, almost burning out, while other teams are much more relaxed and not delivering much. • Because the company decided to register headquarters in Cyprus, the benefits are much worse compared to normal Ukrainian tech companies. It feels like we get all the stress and overtime but none of the good conditions.
