Pros

They have a great family oriented culture, great values, promotes christian values The management compensates well and bonus were before the real estate bubble burst Senior management takes the entire company on lavish trips yearly. Work relationships are very important They promote from within

Cons

Not diverse enough seems to be an old southern boys club. Senior management doesn't live up to the christian values, so its better if they don't publicly advocate it Because work relationships are very important, promotions are based on a buddy system, so if you want to move up, make sure you hang out with your managers and supervisors so that they can get to know you more. No real career path, you have to figure out other departments by yourself. Investor Services department is the most stressful environment and moving to other departments takes a while or may never happen

Pros

The company culture is a one of a kind. It was truly like working with a big family. From the unbelievable benefits, work life balance, and family first atmosphere, I couldn't have asked for a better place to work. A lot of PTO offered and can be accumulated over time, free healthcare, and great team and company building events. The CEO, Leo Wells, is a true leader and inspiration for me and have had a huge impact on my life. Having happy employees, leads to great products and service

Cons

Employees were a little misled or uninformed on the company status until it was a little too late. Company couldn't really adapt to a changing business tactics.
