Pros

Good pay, I suppose, but it could be better.

Cons

ALWAYS short-staffed, the tellers spend a majority of time on their phones when we have time. There have been (verified) allegations of sexual harassment, and I've witnessed my manager fire someone who reported sexual harassment. There are many times where customers have tried to enter the bank 10 minutes before closing, and are turned away, despite many of them *really* needing the money, especially if the weekend is coming up. If you speak Spanish, then you can get away with bad behavior. If you don't, then you don't last long, even if you're a good person.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
