Pros
Decent benefits. 5 weeks PTO and cash pension plan. Decent team member banking preferences. High name recognition / branding (everyone knows who Wells Fargo is). For every quality employee there is one poor employee. Wells Fargo can be a great place to hide behind meetings and bureaucracy if you prefer not to work.
Cons
Exceptionally poor place to be a top performer or a change agent. Highly tactical, high process, regulation and paperwork with little productivity and innovation. Slow to change despite evidence and sound reasons to do it.
