Pros

Wells Fargo was progressive and offered gooda training opportunities. I was an administrative assistant in the Wealth Management Group and I was included in meetings and treated like an equal to my managers. The review process was fair. The company invested in the tools I needed to do my job. The work was interesting and challenging. They were flexible when I had personal appointments.

Cons

Some of the decisions were made at a higher level which were out of touch with reality. Some of the initiatives were pushed down our throats when everyone hated them. Sales was pushed very hard on managers which could lead to pushing products that weren't a good fit for every client.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
