Pros

The benefits are wonderful and better than most companies. As well as the Paid Time Off. Wells Fargo is very interested in keeping a variety of people and is committed to diversity. There are many options to volunteer in things as far reaching as a Gay Pride Parade to Habitat for Humanity. Also, Wells Fargo allows life partners to attend Wells sponsored events.

Cons

The budget cuts make it impossible to purchase even t-shirts for new employees or take them to lunch. Also, makes it impossible to hire people as needed and give them raises as necessary. The recognition and compensation plans are minimal and can be very misleading and discouraging. The current quarterly sales compensation plans are too long for Generation Y employees and we are seeing a huge decrease in motivation due to it.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
