Pros

Benefits, ie medical, PTO, 401K.

Cons

Terrible training process crammed into 2 1/2 weeks over the computer of straight testing and modules before they feed you to the wolves, Very corporate company that values rude customers, especially if they have a lot of money, over employees, Management literally said “We like make our decisions for our customers here at Wells Fargo. We don’t like to let them think for themselves.” New hires get paid more than established employees even if they ask for a raise to match it. Nobody helps when you need it. They just reprimand you when they think you need that. Very rude management. Good luck getting responses to emails, but if you are sent an email, you better check it and respond promptly no matter how many customers you have.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
