That about sums up my experience. That is the only pro I can think of.
Cons
In the 5 years I have been there in IT, there were 4 Executive leadership changes (3 of them were shunted out, one of those sued the company). Every 3 months our team got a new name, or a new boss, or a change in the org structure. The tools, processes and supporting env. to do your job are extremely poor. Almost 40% of your time is spent in doing work manually that could otherwise be done faster using present day IT solutions.
