Unfortunately it starts from the top: Let’s start with fundamentally deciding to force ppl that have works for years remotely to start heading into an office to satisfy a woke ideology. Let’s reorganize a disorganized organization into a dis functional one by pushing incapable and unqualified people into supervisory roles in the hopes of calling the leaders. They pretend to be visionary and transparent when it’s more like sneaky and lying retaliatory undermining.
