      Okay for entry level welding job. Okay pay.

      They push for production but they don't pay production so they try to make you work harder for the same pay

      Decent pay Jeff Wells sold this, not fair to rate him as CEO

      NO communication, employees not valued or respected, poor benefits, no established procedures, no corporate mission or value statement, extremely high turnover for office and factory
