The agency provides solid support overall. Management is present on-site and stays involved, which makes a difference in day-to-day work. The environment encourages teamwork and problem-solving, and while the work can be challenging at times, there’s a good balance of support and independence that allows you to grow in the role.

There are some dedicated, good people trying to make a difference for inmates.

Leadership does not have the ability to perform their roles, promoted beyond there expertise. Executives that led the company into bankruptcy were not replaced. Many of the better leaders have left the company and skilled people in IT have been outsourced to India to unskilled, cheap resources.
