Pros

Since this is a small company, everyone gets to know each other. From small office parties to month-long competitions, the environment at work is enjoyable. I started working at Wellons Communications as an un-paid intern, and Will hired me halfway through my internship to be Junior Account Coordinator. He has a lot of faith in his employees and values their opinions. Overall, working at Wellons Communications has been a great experience that is perfect for applying what I am learning in college.

Cons

The office can get extremely quiet at times while people are working on their own assignments. Along with this, there is so much to do in so little time that it is hard to really take a lunch break. With few employees and many clients, sometimes it is hard to manage time and get everything done.
