Pros
Regular business hours (9AM-5PM or 10AM-4PM) mean no night shifts. New skills otherwise not available to LVN's (livescan fingerprint certification, I-9 verification, etc).
Cons
Management is made up by a group of adult bullies who use the company as their personal playground. They leave entire stores single-staffed and double-booked despite staff expressing safety concerns. They knowingly administer vaccines that aren't kept at the proper storage temperature. They give disciplinary actions that are unwarranted, including termination, without evidence or explanation. They say it's an "open-door policy" but employees who speak out are treated poorly. Owner is present on virtual meetings but never makes physical appearances, and you will be chastised for going directly to him and not following the "proper chain of command." They keep staffing at the bare minimum then decline time off requests due to staffing issues. Overall they want 100% dedication while treating their employees like the bottom of the barrel. Icing on the cake: they advertise "competitive" benefits but fail to mention that it's crazy expensive.
