Cons
Few opportunities for entry level employees and therefore not a very sturdy path for career progression. They mostly hire people who are already specialized in their field, which of course is one of the primary reasons for the high quality work they produce. Some major issues with business management - not the most effective business managers in addressing needs of employees or in creating an amicable environment.
