Pros
Great cause and interesting work. Some lovely people. Free lunches. Some flexibility. Good location. This used to be an amazing organisation to work for.
Cons
Constant restructures, increasing risk on job security even if you’ve been successful at Wellcome, putting staff through several changes every few months. No real chance of feedback resulting in positive change. No security. Cold reactions from management with no accountability. Issues are at the top, but the people doing the great work get the blame. No progression unless you’re in the executive team. Quite toxic in recent years.
