Pros

Great people and leadership that truly cares; mission-driven org that’s making a real difference in the corporate wellness world; talented group of self-starters that push each other to be their best while maintaining work-life balance

Cons

Getting your foot in the door is hard and starting salaries are extremely low; leadership is very involved which is a blessing and a curse - can feel micromanagy at times

Pros

- Worked alongside genuinely kind, supportive, and talented people who made day-to-day work enjoyable - Great entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and contribute to cross-functional projects - Meaningful mission and product that keeps employees motivated and connected to the impact of their work - Hybrid work environment offered flexibility - Fitness reimbursement was a valuable perk, and employees had access to the wellness platform and programs offered to clients - Annual company retreat provided a unique opportunity to connect with coworkers in person and build relationships across teams

Cons

- Compensation often did not align with the scope of responsibilities employees were expected to take on - Career advancement opportunities were limited, and promotion paths were not always clearly defined, which sometimes created a gap between expected growth opportunities and the actual structure in place to support them - While leadership promoted a culture of transparency, there was at times a disconnect between the intention and employees’ comfort level in providing candid feedback - The absence of a dedicated HR resource sometimes left employees without a neutral channel for addressing workplace concerns - Hybrid office requirements sometimes felt inconsistent and not always value-additive for the work being done - Some benefits and retirement offerings became less competitive over time
