However, every acquisition comes with both opportunities as well as unique challenges since no two companies operate the same. While some integration does occur, our general philosophy is not to go in and completely change everything an acquired company is doing and let the business run as is.
Mediware works very hard to offer competitive pay for the market and conduct extensive research to ensure we provide the best pay and benefits package to our employees. Each year we analyze the market rates and update our salary ranges as the market moves to ensure we remain competitive. Mediware is a performance based company with an annual review process and merit increases. We reward our top performers.
Additionally, we review our benefits with our broker annually to ensure we are offering above average benefits.
