Pros

Working with like-minded people in your own space. Some of the directors I personally worked with were also wonderful people who seemed like they genuinely cared.

Cons

- Training is abysmal, nearly non-existent. We had to beg for training for one of the applications we supported for over a year, no exaggeration. - Management folds to upper tier support. If you are unfortunate enough to get put on tier 1 support, just know you will literally be treated like bottom of the totem pole, trash. In my experience we had a Tier 2 lead who treated us absolutely horribly (to the point of multiple people leaving) and when we complained to leadership, we were shrugged off. - Expectations change at the drop of a dime and there is no wiggle room. - The CEO, Bill, is a condescending, cocky and apathetic person who has no idea what it's like working under him. He cares more about the new building he is dumping money in than anything else. A new building that put the company on a hiring freeze, despite hemorrhaging employees. Work loads increased as support staff decreased almost weekly and no one was hired to replace them. When asked in a town hall about employee retention, he stated "he doesn't lose sleep about that." This is a guy who also takes up one of the only two shower stalls in the onsite gym to hang his clothes while he works out, blaring music from a boombox to the whole room rather than using headphones. The guy just doesn't care about us peasants and it showed. He also parked his porsche in the handicapped parking spots nearly every day. Shortly after I left (voluntarily) it was made known to me that they surprised everyone with news of having to come back to the office full time, no exceptions, despite multiple employees who are parents not having the funds to put their kids in daycare all week. In today's technology fueled industry, there is no reason WFH isn't a viable option, I guess, unless you are a money hungry CEO who is trying to pay for a new building that won't have anyone in it at this point. I feel bad for the legitimately good people who are getting taken advantage of and treated like cattle at a slaughterhouse by this company. They could not make it more apparent that you don't matter to them if they tried

Pros

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement

Pros

OK pay, on-site gym, immediate coworkers are great

Cons

High turnover (likely to continue), understaffing, call center environment, buggy software and understandably angry/dissatisfied customers. Hard to resolve issues when you're constantly on the phone taking on brand new issues, and hard to ask for help when everyone else is also taking calls
