Pros
The people and product are great. Met some of the best people ever here at WellSaid Labs. The product is in a hot space and a lot of people are interested in it. They have some of the best voices in the market and the solution is easy to use.
Cons
Leadership operates with a lot of ego. There’s a lot to improve on for the company and product but leadership is unwilling to make changes for the benefit of employees and the future of the company. Rather than addressing very real internal issues in the company, leadership decides to blame their employees and thinks the issues are because the employees are “unwilling to work harder”. They also hired about 6 AE’s and most of them were fired or quit in the span of 6 months. Not because they weren’t hard workers but the company chose to not invest in their talent. There’s a lot of competitors popping up and if WellSaid Labs is unwilling to change, this start up will not succeed.
