Sub par benefits and productivity bonuses makes the hourly rate not worth it. lack of effort and/or ability of management makes it impossible to get what you need to efficiently and effectively practice medicine. Managers with little to no medical experience can't handle or even really understand any concerns raised by providers and staff.
