Not worth it - Physician Assistant WellNow Urgent Care Employee Review

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My SRT Julie was amazing during my training; she was extremely helpful and let me know she would be there for me and easily reachable anytime I need. It was great getting to train with the techs on the job to get a feel for the workflow, responsibilities, and how to accomplish tasks efficiently. All the techs were very informative and extremely welcoming.

Having to work weekends and holidays.

Only thirteen twelve hour shifts per month. Paid CME target for this type of work.

Administration (particularly the RCD) will interfere with patient care at your busiest time of day at their convenience and without warning. They will come to you with seemingly good intentions disguised as "quality of care", but with a harsh construct of power will add to poor quality of care. There is no management here, just metrics and data that are used to measure quality. They should be ashamed to call this "quality of care". Another concern here is safety. Patients are allowed and even encouraged by management to verbally abuse employees. Physical abuse must be involved before management will intervene. Finally, there are too many problems here to list. Overall if you want to work here it will likely only be temporary, as you will want to work elsewhere shortly. I am blessed by the divine Providence of good riddance.
