      Pros

      Great benefits (401K match, health insurance), great mission with meaningful work, people are very nice, great work/life balance

      Cons

      small company so not much autonomy in your work, have to go through multiple, repetitive layers to get approval since budget is limited, not much growth opportunity in earlier career or can use as a stepping stone to something larger

      Pros

      Weleda offers their employees great benefits as well as a laid back and fun culture. Working as an intern there was a phenomenal experience.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement as their budget comes straight from their international office in Germany. As a result, being an intern doesn't leave much room for upward mobility.
