I don't normally criticise companies, but WB is a shambles. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The management, at site level, are overbearing, self-serving and happy to throw you under the proverbial bus.
I worked for almost a decade without any issues, because I kept my head down and refused to get pally with anyone.
I watched people lose their jobs for mistakes made by others, because management wanted a scape-goat that wasn't their friend.
Make sure you have a few other things going for you, because they will not hesitate to get rid of you if they don't make enough profit. Even if you worked their for many years.
You will get crucified for challenging unfair decisions made by management, even if you contact HR.
The grievances process is only a formality and management will do their best to prevent if from reaching head office. If it does reach head office, it will be ignored. It's your word against theirs.
You will be dictated to by supervisors and managers, young enough to be your daughters, with little respect, who got their jobs though unscrupulous ways. They trample on others to get what they want.
