Avoid !! - Service Leader Welcome Break Employee Review

Complete shambles, very unorganised. Management need a complete overhaul. My manager cant do a rota at all and doesnt bother to ask when changing your shifts or puts you on an early shift one day and late the next day, meaning you have no routine and your body clock is well out of whack. Very repetitive job and as a supervisor i was just as trained as the unit manager and assistant manager.
