Poor Management
Several UBM's have been able to retain employment despite gross mismanagement
Poor Site Director - despite the Famous Five, still do not want to get their hands dirty
Lack of consideration for anybody other than those in authoritative positions
Recognition is very poor
Uniform needs to be adapted to meet weather conditions
Efforts need to be made my management team and others to get to know regular workers so lack of engagement from senior members means lack of engagement from workers to work for you
Rota changes without adequate notice
No reasoning behind certain decisions (to cut rotas, extend opening hours and to reduce staff)
Lack of consultation process with staff when implementing new changes
