      Expectations exceed resources available to meet expectations. Hiring is awful, never enough staff and it takes way too long to process an applicant, Promotions seem to be based on who you know not what you know.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
