It is a job if you are looking for money and need one desperately and can get hired by them.
Cons
Unethcial. Managers and customers are allowed to harrass and abuse employees. Managers threaten employee jobs over bs. Managers cut hours for employees who depend on a certain amount so they can pay bills. Company is run by "old boys club" mentality. Conduct of mangers and corporate is unprofessional and unacceptable. Good customer service can not be achieved by having a few emplyees doing multipe tasks at one time.
