      Weis markets has a lot of advancement opportunities

      Cons

      The company waists tons of money on programs ,positions and ideas that are not beneficial . They do not back up theire policies with training tools and labor necessary to archive what is expected of you. Nothing is ever good enough

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
