      Flexible schedule. Willing to hire high school students or those with little experience.

      Cons

      Managers do not discipline employees, good workers quit causing an extremely high turnover. Little chance for advancement past the store level.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
