      Friendly/cooperative personnel, very hard-working/dedicated, embracing (albeit slowly) technology, overall direction is positive, considerable autonomy

      Cons

      lack of leadership, poor management/coordination, poor vendor management, key decisions too often made by uninformed or the wrong people, lack of documented policy/process, shortage of personnel in key areas

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
