      Pros

      Flexible hours, nice coworkers. Might be better for part time looking for extra income.

      Cons

      Pay cap. Company doesn't provide ample tools for daily function of departments. Lack of follow through from corporate Benefits are basic at best, one personal day allotted until 25+ years of service, no sick time, must use vacation. Get 3 weeks after 10 years.. needs much improvement.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
