5yDear former employee. We were disappointed to read that you did not have a positive experience during the short time you worked with us. As a values-led business that prides itself on doing the right thing, we strive to operate ethically in everything we do. Last year we re-launched and communicated our Code of Conduct globally and all employees were required to undertake compulsory training based on this to ensure all our people understand our Code of Conduct and are clear on what is required of them. We also provide an ‘Ethics Hotline’ where we encourage any employee to report a concern so that we can undertake a thorough investigation of any ethical and other complaints. Your feedback will be shared with management so we can look to understand how we can make improvements. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
