We are pleased to see you are enjoying some elements of working at Weir but it is disappointing that you report a lack of management support. We want all Weir employees to be inspired to do the best work of their lives and when we hear otherwise, we want to take action to make positive changes. I would also encourage you to contact Dave Warnick or another member of the Human Resources or senior leadership team that you are comfortable discussing this with directly so we can take this offline and discuss it in confidence in more detail.
