      I learned a lot about how not to lead

      Cons

      As many others have said- Since Cal took over, it has been all down hill. He has managed to tank a 102 yr. old company in just over 3 years. No respect for the average worker, turf wars and nepotism among the big boys. No diversity what so ever.
