Wegowise is a small technology startup doing work in energy and water use monitoring, benchmarking, and compliance. It is great to be working for an organization that is providing a necessary service to monitor and lower building energy and water use while also seeking profit. You can easily get to know everyone in the small company including management, who are genuinely interested in you and your ideas. Because it is a small company, there is a lot of room to be creative in business processes, and they are always looking for help in how to improve them, which is great if you enjoy that freedom and lack of "oversight". Flexible with working remote. This company is still growing, and looking for people who can help it and are willing to be creative about it.

There are definitely some growing pains associated with a small startup of this sort. Surprisingly, communication among people working on different projects could be improved. There are times when what you are working on may not become something of importance, as they are a small company that are testing different ways of generating income. It is a double-edged sword in that respect, as some people may thrive in the fast and quickly changing environment, where others may not enjoy the lack of structure and sometimes lack of direction.
