Pros
There are so many pros, I don't know where to start. The atmosphere in the office is incredible and promotes good work as well as good relationships. The pay and benefits are more than I could ask for. The mission of the company and how well the CEO/management sticks to it is incredible. I love working for WeddingWire.
Cons
The only current con is that I would prefer to commute, but the DC metro is too unreliable right now with the repairs, so I am spending a bit more on gas than I'd like, but the company does offer monthly compensation. As soon as the Metro is back to smooth running, I will take advantage of the commuter benefits.
