There is less unity amongst the team and hence the interns face quite a lot at times

I did my summer internship in 2020 at WeddingSutra. It was supposed to be a physical one but because of the pandemic, it took the virtual route. But the online mode never was a hurdle in my journey. I had the best mentor guiding me throughout my internship- Mr. Parthip Thyagarajan. WS team does a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support. I love the company culture. It's a relaxed and calm environment, even though the work is sometimes fast-paced. Some of the best people that you will ever meet work there, I felt very included and was encouraged to speak my mind and be myself.
