It’s worth noting that the individual remained with Webtrix Solutions for over 2.5 years—despite now labeling the environment as "extremely unprofessional." We believe this highlights a significant inconsistency. If the experience had truly been that unsatisfactory from the start, it’s fair to ask why they chose to stay for such an extended period. During their tenure, we consistently provided opportunities and support, even though there were gaps in capability and alignment with the responsibilities expected from the role.
