      Pros

      Nice Employer & Coworker. Recommend for Intern to gain new work experience especially in website development. You mostly need to familiarize with ASP.NET

      Cons

      Not much Career Growth here. You mostly need to do same thing everyday. Also procedure for taking Leave here quite troublesome for certain people. During my time, You need to apply 3 day earlier (weekends not count) and need 3 signature from multiple department head for approval.
