Full of cons and cons only... No sympathy to employees who are working there.. They can fire you anytime they want giving reason of performance... Maximum powers are given to TL and TL here think themselves as they are god and will make you to work according to them..they have zero work ethics..They hire you, checks for some month whether you are able to work not not and then will fire you.. So join here at your own risk.. No leaves will be given in your probation period and if you take then LOP will be there as they think employees cannot have any sort of problem in those probation period. They never increased employees number above 50 coz they have policy of "Hire and Fire"... Even the HR has no power of its own as HR is only a puppet of management there so you can't rely on HR also... DO NOT JOIN..NO WORK BALNACE
