Pros
Decent co workers, great customers, ....... great employee mortgage discount, good free employee account, decent amount of vacation time. That is all
Cons
AWFUL management.. many branch managers who don't know what they are doing but are in the positions they are because of who they know, no internal room to grow with RI, they are closing branches, incentive program is impossible to make payouts, branches run incredibly understaffed and it is expected.. days without a proper lunch break. No local volunteerism if you don't work out of CT
