      Quarterly bonuses based on how well your branch did. Decent amounts of PTO. Gives you money towards your branded clothes.

      Cons

      Lots of useless meetings Regional managers all trying to please the higher ups People who aren’t good at their jobs stay and the ones who are good quit.
