Pros
- Offers good salary package and shift allowances. - You will get enough leaves and the formalities are straight forward. - You will get the laptop, accessories and a welcome kit when you join.
Cons
- Work life balance is a problem. You should work in rotational shifts. Rotates every 2 months. - You have the freedom to raise your concerns, you will get the promises but not solutions. - You can expect very little salary hikes. - You may need to work in the weekends as well. - Notice period is 90 days which I believe quite longer and certainly above the average of what other companies follow. - No job security. You will be laid off any time.
