if you like staying for a short time and work with mediocre and unresponsive coworkers come here. max employee life here is 2 years by then they would have drained the life out of you.
Cons
no benefits, no medical and dental, you have to pay your own taxes, no overtime pay, minimal leaves, holidays observed are for Singapore will overlook the holidays of your own country (if you are outside Singapore). hiring process is condescending and very rude they think very highly of themselves they have the worst recruiters management doesnt know what they want. they have become complete clowns who keeps messing up their own jobs and doesnt have any real skills thats why they hire you to tell you what to do and if you dont do a great job you are blamed and fired. they want to keep everybody as a contractors so they can hire and fire. Save yourself and have a fruitful career somewhere else!!!
