Flexible work hours Company wide work from home days Colleagues + sense of comradery Dynamic industry Wide range of clients Working autonomously (but this can be a negative too) Opportunity to grow (if in any of the production teams) Innovation days - anyone can pitch an idea to improve the company
Cons
Party culture (this is a positive if you're an extrovert though) Often 'building the plane as they fly' - but this means the company adapts really fast to the market requirements so can be a positive too Lack of processes and procedures No internal HR department Not consistent in paying Super (always check it)
