The company fosters a growth-oriented environment, providing plenty of opportunities to learn and advance your skills. While Webistry has a strong internal team and excellent service offerings, I believe there’s room to grow in terms of attracting more clients by building a more CRO-focused sales team. Strengthening the sales team's understanding of conversion optimization and its value could help expand the client base and drive further growth.

Good place to learn for a short time, but not ideal for long-term growth or strong earning potential. Management is very hands-on and tends to micromanage. Workload expectations are high compared to compensation.
